1 cup soy milk or low fat vanilla yogurt
1- 0.8 oz packet Fruit Punch
AdvoCare® Muscle Fuel
1- 0.53 oz packet Fruit Punch Rehydrate
1- 0.53 oz Fruit Punch SPARK Energy Drink
1/2 cup water
Puree in blender until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
